sir i got 120 marks in iit 2012 under obc catogary should i get admission in any iit colleges?

as per the standard of the paper what i feel is that you might not get selected this year in jee 2012.
but don,t get disheartend just prepare well for aieee and other exams or if you wish to join iit you can thibk of repeating for next year.
