as delhi is going to give  paper, u may find difficulty in chemistry.even though u can get a minimum marks by reading following topics chemical equilibrium,chemical kinetics,ionic equilibrium,thermo dynamics,coordination chemistry,transition elements,qualitative analysis and named reactions in organicaccording to iit delhi previous papers maths is rather easy than physics and chemistry.so u must thorough in all topics of maths,in physics topics like mechanics and electricity are enough to score a max marks,u can also prepare atomic structure and optics which is easier to score marks.220 marks are needed for u to reach ur target.                                                                                                                                                                                          ALL THE BEST
