I am appearing for iit-jee 2012 ...and i score good marks in chemistry and mathematics. i also score well in mechanics, current, waves and atomic . but i know little of optics. so can i leave optics????

I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO NEVER LEAVE OPTICS  AS EACH YEAR (2-4) QUESTIONS OF OPTICS ARE ASKED IN THE JEE AND AIEEE PAPER.
