hello bro..first of all congrats for being selected in iit jee with this rank..
you should surely go for iit guwahati cs ......cs is very very good branch as compared to civil.....dont confuse urslelf.......after 4 years ,u will get IIT computer science degree, ds not matter whether it izz from guwahati or any other !!!! Do not waste your very good rank!! i hope you will follow it....
