i want do integrated M.TECH(biotechnology) in IIT kharagpur/delhi/mumbai. what shuld be my AIR for it?? i will be writing IITJEE in 2013 .

For getting into Biotachnology @ IIT-Kharagpur your IIT-JEE AIR should be around 4700-5800 !

For getting into Biotachnology @ IIT-Delhi your IIT-JEE AIR should be around 5000-6000 !

For getting into Biotachnology @ IIT-Bombay your IIT-JEE AIR should be around 1200-2000 !

If you want to know about any other branches then you can check out the counselling brochure on the JEE website. It would have the opening and closing ranks of all the branches of last year.
