Hello there..My cousin has got rank 1635 under the OBC category in Jee2011. could you please advice if he is expected to get a seat in TOP 7 IITs (does not matter whatever the course)?? If you can provice expected breakup of ranks in each of the IITs. Much appreciate your help. Thanks in advance..
