Grade 12Marks and Rank in IIT JEE

PLZ help me
This year iit obc cutoff is 207 and i cheked my OMR online and my marks are 206.
in the press release they gave tat they will be giving a extended merit list till some 183 marks.
Is they give so can i use my EML rank to get into IITs if the seats r empty.

I am relly upset because of tat 1 MARK

Yes IITs have EML for sure. u can apply for it u will get dont worry
