sir, my air in iit is 3933. can i get electrical or civil or mechanical engineering in iit roorkee or in iit kanpur or in any other old iit. i don't mind whether its a btech or dual degree. if not, where and what branch can i get. i want to get electrical or mechanical. my air in uptu is 312 . will HBTI prove better in terms of placement if i get electrical there .
