sir,i am expecting to get obc rank 700 in iit jee 2011. can you tell me which branch and college to choose and whether join iit or not

as i am currently pursuing by b tech from delhi college of engg in branch electronics and comm engg. sir, i am asking this question because my 1 year will be at risk that i have spent in dce.

 in this condition the only thing that comes to my mind is to prepare for your second semester exams and wait till the results come.

there is no harm in checking the results once its declared , you will b in a better condition to take decision what is best for you.
