hi shashank,

First of all I wud like to state u that if u are getting any of the NIT's via your AIEEE rank then you should go for it  but obviously i am talking about some good one may be u could check out the ranking list for that...

Secondly obviously repeating is not a good option unless you are very much conscious this tym to rock JEE I would also suggest you for a repeat since it was maths that took u down and it can be improved.....I suggest you to take up a coaching programme if possible and furnish up ur mathematics. if i were thr at your place i wud have surely given it a second shot i.e. i wud have repeated because maths is a subject of engineer u cannot afford it to be weak...so if not now later u wud be affected by that.

but if you have a good rank in AIEEE that is may be in top 5000 say then try going in NITs than wasting the nxt yr ....
