I am presently in 10th standard. how well should i prepare to get rank within 100 in iitjee

In IIT JEE exams emphasis is more on the understanding of concepts rather than rote learning and memorizing of formulae. So read good book and be attentive. give more attention on concepts..join some good coaching from 11th.
