How can i get into iit in 6 months is it possible

Its not whow much time you prepared, its just how much you are perfect at your basics. As you ahve less time you can just refer all formulae and solve some problems on each of therm and read concepts.And revise those formulae at time of exam.

It purely depends on how strong your subject basics are. If you have cleared +2 last year or appearing for +2 this year , you can apply for JEE 2011. If you work with determination even 6 months are good enough for clearing JEE. All the best.
