HOW CAN U GET IIST MERIT LIST RANK???

Dear Atul,

 Total seats through EML counselling is only 2000 among which 1000 students who wont be getting any seat through IIT counselling are also eligible. You dont seem to have any chances in IIST or RGPIT but you can get IISER which is not a good option to pursue.
