Dear Sir, My counselling is scheduled for 16th. Rank 7118. wWill I get anything at new IITs ? I read the IIST brochure, and it says that if you opt for any programme in IIT, IT BHU or ISMU you will not be included in the merit list of IIST. So, should I leave out some probable options in my counselling choice and be safe with a chance at IIST ? so confused........

Dear Ramakrishnan,

Thoudg you will be getting some branch at the new IITs but that wont be good enough for you to for than some good branch at IIST with either avionics or aerospace. There is no matter to get confused be sahe with the IIST counselling.
