Dear Mohan,

Total no. of seats through EML counselling is only 2000 for which the students who are not getting seats at IIT are also eligible. As your rank is quite away from it you wont be getting into any of the colleges. Start looking for some private colleges at Bangalore, Jaipur or Chandigarh.
