i got 584(sc) rank in iitjee 2010 is it posiible to get seat in chennai iit for any branch mention below

Looking at previous year statistics of previous year, Its difficult to get any of them.But you have a chance of getting Chemical mostly dual degree.But to be frank its very difficult to get any of them.
