In my opinion you should go for chem in IIT guwahati. IF you are not satisfied with branch than go for NITs rather than new IITs. But you should think of getting into Guwahati bcoz 3412 isn't rank to quit JEE.

suggest me whether i should opt chem in iit guwahati or comp sci in bits pilani...
