i have got air4313 in iit 2009 i don't want to take a drop .plz advice what should i do .why new iits are not considered good what would be the sideback joining them?

Refering to the last year cutoff details the best you could get is :

1. Electrical Engineering ( ISM Dhanbad )
2. Mechanical Engineering (ISM Dhnbad )

I think these are the good option for you than going to the new IITs as the latter not well established now having lack of funds, proper faculties, administration, management. They dont even carry personality development programme for the students so its not good to be there.
