My ward got rank of about 2030. Is it good option to opt for ECE/EEE in Guwahati or CSE in BHU as compare to non core branches in old IITs. He did get 301 in BITSAT and may get these branches in BITS Goa. What is the best option for him - to go for non core in old IIT or opt for Guwahati IIT instead of BITS Goa and BHU? Plz advise.
