What are the IITs I can get at this rank? And are the new IITs a feasible option if I am expecting better scores in AIEEE and BITSAT? Is it okay to take an average branch in the first year and work hard so that I have an option of branch change in the 2nd year at IIT?

You may not get in Old iit but you will get in new IIT .. and if you are expecting good score in AIEEE and BITSAT thn go for NIT trichy or warangal and Bits pilani as they are far better thn New IIT ..
