I got 2275th rank and what is the chance of getting into old IITs?

You can get any of old IITs and branches you have in option are-

Textile tech. or Bio Tech. -  IIT Delhi

Metallurgy Engineering(M.Tech 5 yrs)  -  IIT Bombay

Civil Eng.  -  Kanpur

Biotech. -  IIT Madras

Mechaical or Chemical - IIT Guwahati
