Flag Marks and Rank in IIT JEE> NEW IIT's...

I am expecting 185 marks in IIT-JEE 2010. My category is OBC(NCL).Could i get computer science in NEW IIT's or I should look for other lower branches in OLD IIT's or BHU or in NIT's. Upto what levelIIT TAG can make differences.
