Wth a rank 450 in sc category,may I get any college?

As you have mentioned your estimated rank in SC as 450, so with rank you can IIT ROORKEE or IIT BHU.

But this may be possible that you do not get your expected branch.

However score may vary and as a result rank may also vary, a slight difference may create lots of difference in rank.
