Marks and Rank in IIT JEE> chance of getting college...

I belong to sc category and scored 117 in iit jee 2010.I have known from www.askiitians.com that I may get a rank of 450 in sc category.Now I want to know that can I gat any coolege with this rank?Please reply in details.
