which one is better institute after NIT warangal,NIT Turichy ,NIT Surathkal for B.tech computer science.

All the 3 are equally good. If it were upto me , I would go for NIT Trichy. CS in any of the three is equivalent.

I suggest that NIT warangal is best for cs in academic as well  as placement wise

If you are really wanting to go for knowledge in CSE go to Allahabad, extremely great coding culture there.  Elsewise placementwise – Surathkal (proximity to Bangalore) or if you are going for Brand value go to Warangal.  Elsewise won’t make much of a difference.
