Sir..I want to know how seats are alloted in rounds of counselling? Does it depend on choice number in choice filling list? For eg, if two students have filled same branch in same IIT college but one has greater rank than other and has filled branch with lower priority and other has lower rank who has filled same branch with higher priority ,then who will finally get the seat? In short, does seat allotment depend on choice number in list or it is wholely based on rank?
