No it is not at all compulsory.
The paper will be divided in 2 sections and each of them will contain four parts physics chem biol and maths.
We have to attempt any three parts in the first section and any three in the other one .
It's our choice .so u attempt pcm.

I'm sorry I thought u were asking for class 12 and so
But if u are in 11th biology is compulsory 
In 12th it is not
