I am confused what to take IIT BHU Chem Engineering and study for CSE or take ISM DHANBAD CSE

Dear Friend, BHU stand atop amongst so many reputed institutions, so, if you have got a chance to study there, then without any second opinion keep going there, else CSE is also a good branch to pursue.
