What is the work done if the magnetic dipole is rotated 360° .

W = MB [(-cos θ2) – (- cos  θ1)]

Or, W = MB (cos θ1 – cos θ2)

Hence when it is rotated by 360° then

W = MB ( cos 360 - cos 0) = 0
