by flemings left hand rule ….if current in both wires having same direction ….then they will expereince attractive force.........but if direction of current is anti parallel then they will expereince repulsice force ….…...

The length vector will be parallel or antiparallel to the magnetic field vector depending upon the direction of current in it,therefore force between them(ILBsin0 orIBLsin180 )is zero
