IT IS SAME AS THE DEFINITION OF TH  ELECTIC DIPOLE BUT THE TERMS GET CHANGE.
DEF; WHEN A EXTERNAL FORCE APPLIED ON THE CHARGED  ROD OF LENGTH 2a IN THE MAGNETIC FIELD  THE EX TERNAL FORCE IS NOTHING BUT TORQUE DUT THIS  THE BODY GET DEFLECTED   . EXAMPLE BAR MAGNET

Magnetic dipole, generally a tiny magnet of microscopic to subatomic dimensions, equivalent to a flow of electric charge around a loop. Electrons circulating around atomic nuclei, electrons spinning on their axes, and rotating positively charged atomic nuclei all are magnetic
 dipoles.

Simply magnetic dipole can be considered as a bar magnet which has two unlike poles (north pole and south pole) and has a certain length. It is just like the electric dipole which consists of two opposite charges separated by a small distance. Here the two opposite charges exist independently. But magnetic monopoles never exist.
