What is effect of tilt of Earth on magnetic dip or magnetic declination? Magnetic dip or declination do effected by the strong magnetic pulse by sun?

Magnetic dip has here a significant role.
If the magnetic dip is positive then it means the field is pointing downwards and vice vers for positve dip angle.
The tilt of earth for calculation purpose has been so adjusted as to the needle moves freely and indicates the direction of Earth’s magnetic itself.
