DEAR ADITYA
when u will cut a bar magnet along its length , then the small piece also act like a magnet again , but the magnatic strength will decrease in the 2^nd case .
along its length , – it only behave as a bar magnet again , and strength decreases ,
and if u will cut it transverse to its length , north and south pole remains same again .

so, at all no change will happen with that
