Dear student,

Excess pressure inside the bubble with radius a is\dfrac{4T}{a}.

Excess pressure inside bubble with radius b is\dfrac{4T}{b}

If the radius of curvature of the junction is r, it is formed such that it balances the difference inside the two bubbles.

Hence\dfrac{4T}{r}=\dfrac{4T}{b}-\dfrac{4T}{a}
\implies R=\dfrac{ab}{a-b}
