Dear student,

Excess pressure inside the bubble with radius a is $\dfrac{4T}{a}$ .

Excess pressure inside bubble with radius b is $\dfrac{4T}{b}$

If the radius of curvature of the junction is r, it is formed such that it balances the difference inside the two bubbles.

Hence $\dfrac{4T}{r}=\dfrac{4T}{b}-\dfrac{4T}{a}$
$\implies R=\dfrac{ab}{a-b}$
