Net force = 0 as forces on parallel sides are acting in opposite direction.
Net torque =0, as magnetic momemt vector is antiparallel to the magnetic field.
b. When coil is rotated through 30 degree, Angle between the magnetic moment and B is 150 degree.
Direction of magnetic moment is obtained by curling finger in the direction of current, thumb gives the direction of magnetic moment.
So, Torque =

= (35x22)x10-4x1.40x1.50xsin(150) (Sin(150)=sin(30))
