Magnetic field due to a current element (as length is relatively very small, we can assume it as a current element) = \mu /4\pi X idlsin\theta/r2
For point A, \theta = 90

For point B, tan\theta = 5/14. Find \theta. Use it in the formula.

For Point C, \theta = 180. Hence sin\theta = 0. So, here force is zero.
