The path will be a straight line , and if the electric and magnetic field are perpendicular then its circular and if any other angle dependance will be their then that will be of a helical one .
as u know the electric force is given by qE and the magnetic force will be given by qVB, and here its qVBcos theta. so, as its parallal to each other then theta will be 0 degree and cos 0 will be 0 .
so, here the magnetic component turns out to be 0 , but the electric component have some value associated with it .
u can use lorentz force equation also , which states that
F= Q(E+V*B) where F is the total force and E is the electrical component and V*B is the magnetic component .
HOPE IT CLEARS YOUR DOUBT
ALL THE BEST ..
