is it possible for an object to have product of relative permittivity & permeability < 1

velocity of light in a medium is given by

v = (1/src=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\epsilonsrc=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\epsilon0src=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\musrc=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\mu0)^1/2

where one epsilon & mu are for absolute value & anuther for relative value.

putting value of src=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\epsilon0src=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\mu0,

v = c/(src=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\epsilonsrc=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\mu)^1/2

if product of these two are less than one, velocity in that medium 'll be more than velocity of light.

so please say is it possible that src=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\epsilon =1.5 & src=http://www.sitmo.com/gg/latex/latex2png.2.php?z=100&eq=\mu = 0.5 for a particular medium.

it is possible to have =1.5 but not less than 1
