In the picture , if we change the position of bar magnet keeping south pole towards horse magnet , will they attract or repel ?

That force would be exerted on bar magnet which has the nearer pole to horshoe magnet .
Hence depends upon the micro distances and magnetic field power of both bar magnet and hoeshoe magnet in order to act.
