In the expression F = q(v*B), what is v???????????

Dont say that it is velocity of charged particle..

If its velocity then with respect to what? I mean for differrent referance frames it would be different. So the Force will be different.

So force on charged particle will be different for different frames. This is a paradox.

Pls explain.................
