in induced emf for changing the emf by varying the the area of the loop the induced emf is given by E= -bldx/dt so wen the loop is taken out dx=xfinal -xinitial

where xfinal is less than xinitial so that E=blv

but when the loop is pushed into the magnetic field how do we account for the -ve sign
