If a bar magnet isolating in magnetic field has a time period (t).if the magnet is cut into two equal hallows parllal to length.what is time period of each hallow in same period

If the Bar magnet is cut in two equal pieces , then both the part of magnet have equal time period which is equal to T/2. Because the moment of inertia , and mass of magnet are divided int two equal halves. Hope ths will clear.
