how do i find the magnetic field at a pt. due to a semi-infinite wire ????? one theta will be 0 but the other theta (the angle tht the fixed end makes with the pt) will have some fixed value and it would vary for diff wires ... then how can we generalize it 2 a formula... mu 0 i / 4 (pi) r ??? here r is the dist of the pt frm the wire and mu 0 is tht greek letter which has a value of 4 (pi) * 10 -7 reply soon.......... rates for sure........
