try to visualise the situation , i am explianing
suppose u have a current loop , when current flow through it , on the upper side it appears to flow in clockwise direction and in the lower part of the loop it appears to be flow in anticlockwise direction .
and u already know , flowing of current will create magnetic field .
so, by that when the current flows in upper side , its in clockwise direction and aquires a +ve charge ,
and when its flowing in dowsward direction , its in anticlockwise direction , and it aquires a _ve charge ,
so, that forms a dipole ,
