The force acting on a charges particle moving in circular motion is given as:
 
F = qvB sin theta
 
According to question, velocity is parallel to the magnetic field. This means, θ = 0°.
We know,
sin 0 = 0
 
hence F = 0
 
hence the force experienced by the charge will be zero.
