Is angular frequency dependent or independent on anglemade by charged particle and magnetic fied?

OBVIOUSLY DEPENDENT ,Angular frequency of any rotating body can be dfined as number of rotations or 2π (two pie) angle made per unit time.

NOTE: Its also the magnitude of vector quantity Angular velocity

i.e |angular velocity| = angular frequency

This question is like, asking, is velocity dependent on meters. :D
