Dear naina,

Farraday's First law states that ,

whenever the magnetic flux through a circuit changes, an emf is induced in the circuit. The magnitude of the induced emf is equal to the rate at which flux changes with time.

While Lenz law staes :

According to Lenz’s law, induced emf in a circuit opposes the cause due to which it was induced.
