Answer: 0.7 is greater than 0.08.
Solution: 0.7 can also be written as 0.70. Now compare the one-by-hundredth and one-by-tenth digits of both the decimals. We will observe that clearly 70 > 08, hence 0.70 is greater than 0.08.
