(B)25 that’s very simple km/h=1000m/3600s
10/36=0.277
90*0.277=24.9::25

multiply the 90 by 1000/3600
because 1km=1000m
and 1hr=3600second
means divide 90 by 5/18 
you get 25 as ans 
and unit will be m/sec
