a = 2x +1
b = 2y +1
c = 2z +1
Now
2(x+y+z) = 10
x + y+ z = 5
Now
x, y, z can start from 0
Now
x.     y       z
0.     0.     5.      = 3 ways
0.      1.     4.      = 6 ways
0.      2.     3.       = 6 ways
1.       1.     3.      = 3 ways
1.       2.    2.       = 3 ways
 
Hence total possible numbers are 21
